The products of Testyle offer two year all free repair. When the product is damaged or goes wrong, warranty does not apply under the following circumstances: natural calamity (such as flood, fire hazard etc.), environmental and weather interference, external factor such as unsteady power, computer glitch, improper operation such as hot swapping or false wiring, misuse, abuse and conduct such as the replacement and repair of parts unauthorized.

During the period of warranty, Testyle will repair or replace the product on an objective judgment. If the product goes wrong under normal operation condition one year from the date of purchase, Testyle will unconditionally replace it with new product.
